Registration cancellations received via email at meetings@iaslc.org on or before May 29, 2026 (23:59 MDT) will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a 50 USD administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after May 29, 2026 (23:59 MDT) will not be refunded.
Transfer of your registration to another person is permitted at any time by notifying meetings@iaslc.org.
No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Conference. In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
Donations to the IASLC Foundation, LLC are non-refundable and are tax-deductible in the US. Donors consent to having their names and donation amounts featured in IASLC Foundation, LLC materials, including, but not limited to, donor walls, broadcast "thank you" messages, and annual report donor listing.
